Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings
Proactively follow up on leads and grow your professional network
Source top talent via social media platforms, headhunting, company database, and job boards (Total Jobs, etc.)
Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting candidates to negotiating offers
Research market trends and conduct salary benchmarking to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
