About the Role
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider school staff, you will support a range of HR and administrative functions that help ensure the smooth running of the school. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a close‑knit community.
Key Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a warm, approachable manner. You should have:
* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role (experience in the education sector is desirable)
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
* SQA Highers or equivalent
* HR‑specific certification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CIPD in People Practice) is desirable
Working Hours & Conditions
* 25 hours/week
* Term-time plus 15 days
