Overview
We are seeking a Performance Support Officer to assist in the delivery and reporting of Key Performance Indicators within the Highways and Engineering Division. This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
The role requires effective use of ICT systems, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will contribute to service performance, continuous improvement and effective working relationships with colleagues and services across the Council.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery and reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
* Contribute to service performance, continuous improvement and effective working relationships with colleagues and services across the Council.
* Develop and review key performance information.
* Update and maintain the Division's webpages and documents, ensuring they meet accessibility requirements.
* Implement and maintain accurate data and business systems using IT software including Microsoft SharePoint and Excel.
