In this role, you'll work approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible roster. You will receive your schedule seven days in advance, with core hours communicated three days beforehand. The working hours are between 0600 and 0200, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays. As a Roadside Mechanic, you will deliver exceptional roadside support, dealing face-to-face with members, handling breakdowns, providing technical support, and maintaining the high service standards expected from RAC. Minimum Requirements:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work at short notice
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary
