Senior Project Manager – Industrial Build Projects
Location: Wolverhampton (first 12 months), then sites across the North Division
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £90k - £110k + Car / Allowance + Package
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading principal contractor delivering large-scale industrial build projects across the UK.
The first project will be based in Wolverhampton for around 12 months, followed by ongoing work within the company’s North Division (covering sites north of Gloucester).
This role would suit someone who’s used to managing complex, high-value projects in a fast-paced construction environment, with strong experience leading teams and working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for delivering industrial build projects from start to finish.

Lead on-site teams and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
*
Oversee programme, cost, and quality performance.
*
Work closely with the client, design, and commercial teams to achieve project goals.
*
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
*
Manage site progress, reporting, and handover documentation.
Experience Required:
*
Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on industrial build, heavy civil engineering, or major construction projects.
*
Background with a Tier 1 or principal contractor is essential.
*
Strong track record managing large, complex projects under tight deadlines.
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to future project sites.
