Purchasing Coordinator - 37.5 hours a week
Role overview
This role will play an integral part in the purchasing team, supporting and liaising with the wider business departments to ensure materials are ordered and delivered in an efficient, timely manner and any information required is completed to a high standard

Key tasks
· Arranging deliveries/collections as required
· Liaising with other internal teams and all mobile engineers
· Providing materials and equipment prices to Project Teams
· Evaluating supplier quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers
· Ensuring requisitions are processed in a timely manner
· Following up with suppliers concerning order status and to communicate delivery information with all departments
· To undertake any other duties as necessary within the Procurement Department
Service Delivery
· Demonstrate an understanding of what service delivery excellence is for your role
· Ensuring you set a culture of excellent customer service ensuring the basics are right every time and lead a team where service is central to good performance
Managing Risk
· Awareness of your operational and regulation risks which may impact on your role
· Responsibility for reporting to your line manager any risk which may impact the business
Managing Health & Safety
· Ensuring you deliver your role within the Compliance framework set.
Criteria
* Computer skills (knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
* Able to communicate well at all levels
* Experience in a fast paced admin role
* Team Player
* Well Organised
* Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00 per year
