Role Purpose
As an Optometrist, you will deliver exceptional eye care services while providing a personalised and professional experience for every patient. You will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting enhanced services, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to the highest professional standards.
* Deliver tailored recommendations based on patients' visual and lifestyle needs.
* Detect, manage, and appropriately refer ocular conditions where required.
* Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment, including OCT, fundus photography, autorefraction, and NCT.
* Provide outstanding patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
* Work collaboratively with a highly experienced and supportive team.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure full compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
* Participate in enhanced referral schemes and collaborative care pathways.
* Support and engage in continuing professional development and clinical training.

Qualifications and Experience Essential
* GOC-registered Optometrist.
* Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.

* Desirable
* Interest in additional clinical qualifications such as Independent Prescribing or glaucoma management.
* Experience within a busy community optical setting.
