The Vacancy: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. WPS are looking for skilled Multi Traders to join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area.
Responsibilities
* You\'ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include:
* Groundworks
* Tiling
* Plastering
* Plumbing
* Painting & Decorating
* Carpentry
* Joinery
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades
* Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
* Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations
* Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
