You will manage intervention programs focusing on preventing youth offending and supporting young people and families at risk. Your responsibilities include ensuring quality service delivery, engaging with community and statutory partners, and providing professional oversight and support to your staff. You will aim to foster an inclusive and supportive environment, contributing to the personal and social development of young individuals. This role is highly collaborative, requiring on-call availability for evenings and weekends. Skills Extensive experience in managing complex cases in youth services Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage workloads effectively Strong understanding of safeguarding and systemic family support Professional qualification in youth justice, social work, or related field Experience working with multi-agency settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using recording systems like Mosaic and Core Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Enhanced DBS check required
