As our Shop Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Anglicare Op Shop, creating a vibrant, welcoming space for customers and volunteers. You'll inspire your team, champion sustainability, and ensure the shop thrives as a hub for community connection. By driving sales, building relationships, and promoting the joy of recycling, you will help Anglicare deliver its vision of strengthening communities and enriching lives. This is a permanent fulltime role working 5 days a week.

You are a confident, experienced retail leader who inspires high performance and models excellence in customer service. You Will Also Need
* Proven experience in retail management
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* A proactive approach to developing community connections
* Experience in event organisation and vendor liaison
* Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
* intermediate Microsoft Office skills
