The Director of design, construction and technical services will be responsible for leading the planning and management of the end to end design and construction programme for the creation of the new Hinchingbrooke Hospital and associated enabling works, managing plans in line with the vision and objectives of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP)., The main duties of this job include:
* Design and site development management
* Enabling works to minimise disruption against hospital operations
* Programme delivery against key milestones
* Construction and contractor oversight
* Innovation, change and strategic planning
* Governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement
* Stakeholder engagement
Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust's redeployment process.
