TheRole
SittingattheintersectionoffinanceandIT,you'lltakeownershipoftheday-to-daymanagementandcontinuousimprovementofthefinancesystemenvironment—primarilyNetSuite.You'llworkcloselywithfinancestakeholderstounderstandprocesspainpoints,translaterequirementsintosystemsolutions,andsupportthewiderbusinessthroughreporting,integrations,anduserenablement.
Responsibilities
* ActastheinternalsubjectmatterexpertforNetSuite,managingconfiguration,maintenance,andcontinuousimprovementactivity
* Workwithfinanceandoperationsteamstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalablesystemsolutions
* Buildandmaintainsavedsearches,reports,dashboards,andworkflowstosupportfinancialreportingandcontrols
* SupportintegrationsbetweenNetSuiteandthird-partyplatforms,liaisingwithvendorsandtechnicalteamsasrequired
* Manageuseraccess,roles,andpermissions—ensuringsystemintegrityandcompliance
* Leadtestingandvalidationactivityforsystemchanges,upgrades,andnewmodulerollouts
* Provideday-to-dayusersupportandtrainingacrossthefinancefunction
