MOT Tester / Technician – Fast-Fit Centre
1. Location: Coventry
2. Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus
3. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm + Saturdays on a rota

Key Responsibilities:
15. Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
16. Perform servicing, maintenance, and light repairs
17. Provide clear and transparent communication with customers
18. Deliver excellent customer service at all times
19. Work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
20. Support the team in achieving workshop targets
21. Maintain accurate job records and documentation
About You:
22. Valid MOT Tester licence (essential)
23. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
24. Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability
25. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
26. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
27. Full UK driving licence
