Operations Analyst

Contract: 12 months and 6 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in office

Who you will work with
Our client is a global financial services organisation supporting corporate, institutional, and private clients across a broad range of advisory, investment, and asset management services. With an established international footprint, the firm is recognised for its expertise, client-focused approach, and strong market presence.
What you'll do
* Oversee offshore reconciliation activities and perform daily quality assurance across internal and external processes
* Execute and support UK Client Money and US Reserve calculations, ensuring strong regulatory compliance
* Perform ISGPO Margin and Equity FX trading, settlement and cost change reconciliations
* Strengthen control frameworks and increase coverage across margin, client money and reserve processes
* Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives in response to evolving regulatory requirements
What you bring
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders
* Proactive, self-driven approach with strong ownership and follow-through
* Solid understanding of operational and franchise risk
* Advanced Excel capability; experience with Power BI, Alteryx or UiPath advantageous
