Minibus Driver Casual

£12.21 per hour (£12.71 from Apr 26)
Are you friendly, reliable and great with older people? We’re looking for a Minibus Driver to support our residents at Highwood Mill Extra Care Scheme in Horsham on an ad-hoc/casual basis. You’ll be contacted as and when needed to cover staff sickness or holidays, ideal for someone who wants flexible work.
As part of our Extra Care team, you’ll provide a safe and comfortable minibus service, helping residents get to appointments, shopping trips and other outings. You’ll be a familiar, friendly face who makes journeys enjoyable and helps residents feel confident and supported. Throughout everything you do, you’ll keep health and safety at the forefront to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving a minibus. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, patient and reliable, with a strong focus on safety, who takes pride in delivering a considerate and dependable service.
DBS Checks
To ensure the safety of our vulnerable customers, this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check which will disclose details of any unspent cautions or convictions. We know that past incidents don’t always reflect who you are today, and we’ll carefully consider the details, including the nature of the conviction, the time that’s passed, and any positive changes you’ve made since then.
