Impact Recruitment are working with a forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Northampton, who are now looking to appoint a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their specialist production facility.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business at the cutting edge of sustainable manufacturing. The role involves supporting and leading factory operations, managing process line performance, and driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.\n\nLocation: Northampton | On-site\nHours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Flexible)\nPay: £35,000\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee safe, compliant, and efficient operations of the production line and wider facility.\nAchieve manufacturing and processing KPIs through strong team and resource management.\nMaintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the site is audit-ready at all times.\nBuild strong relationships with suppliers and maintain the quality of incoming materials.\nMonitor and enforce health & safety, environmental, and fire prevention policies.\nDevelop and deliver training for new and existing team members.\nKeep detailed records of inspections, procedures, and compliance measures.\nContribute to the successful achievement and maintenance of accreditations such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.\nLead a small factory team with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Requirements:\n\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong working knowledge of EHS standards and best practices.\nConfident in overseeing production processes and meeting operational KPIs.\nFamiliarity with quality systems and continuous improvement tools.\nA hands-on leader with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.\nUnderstanding of the circular economy and resource recovery is highly desirable.If you are interested in this role then please apply with an up-to-date CV.
