Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team to help drive forward our customer proposition dedicated to servicing one of our key EMEA accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Project Manager or a Lead Business Analyst seeking a strategic focused role within a rapidly growing, global business.
TheTechnical Delivery Managerwill work withina dedicated clientchangeteam,taking the lead inworking directly with the client user groups to configureexistingmoduleswith our product owners, and document business requirement documents where development is required.The focus will bethe on-goingmanagement ofaclient hub that incorporates catalogues,librariesand workflowsto supporta customprogram of digital and physicalproducts acrossUK and Ireland.
This is a home based role and location is flexible across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Be the first line response for all client queries relating to the System
* To interface with client user groups andproduct owners to support theclientobjectives
* Co-ordination ofthe efforts of team members andinternal teamsto deliver projects according to plan
* Document ways of workingandkeepuser guidesup to date
* Manageclient queries and process the amends to the system in line with the agreed service levels
* To project manage the creationand testingof Chili templates,and to manage any updates to existing templates
* Manage associated monthly billinglinked to the System
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
* Experience working directly with clients todemonstratetechnology in an efficient and user-friendly way
* Presentation skills
* Experienceincatalogue andanalyticstoolsrequirementsgathering
* Experiencewithprocessmapping tools
* Fluent in English, both verbally and written
* High levelofexperience withcommon Office tools (egMSWord,Excel,Powerpoint)
* Logical and tenacious approach to tasks
* A focused individual with a high degree of accuracy
* The ability to work independently while working throughspecific responsibilities, but also confident in working closely with various teams in the business
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Must have experience of technical project management in a client facing role and is used to presenting to internal and external stakeholders
* Must have knowledge of Chili Templating
* Must be fluent in English language (written and spoken)
