Position: Electrician
Salary/Benefits:
£41,288 (£19.85 p/h) or £37,960 without testing
Travel paid (minus 30 minutes each way)
1 in 6 on-call rota (£100 standby allowance)
£5 daily lunch allowance (tax free, minimum 5 hours worked)

We are a well-established business with over 35 years in the industry, employing more than 100 engineers and 50 office staff nationwide. From Birmingham to the South Coast, we deliver commercial gas and electrical services to a wide range of clients, including Greene King pubs, Premier Inns, and Brewer Fayres.
Due to continued growth and new contract wins, we are now looking to recruit Electrical Engineers to carry out maintenance, testing, inspection, and reactive works across our portfolio.
Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical faults using wiring diagrams, blueprints, and testing devices.
Carrying out testing if 2391 qualified
Produce accurate reports and certification following inspections and remedial works.
Perform repairs on wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and associated components.
Support planned and reactive maintenance activities as required.
Ensure compliance with current IEE regulations and company safety procedures. Essential Qualifications & Experience
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
Full UK driving licence.
2391 Test & Inspection
Previous experience in commercial testing, inspection, and remedial works. Package
40-hour working week.
£41,288 or £37,960
1 in 6 callout rota with additional payments.
Overtime at time + half.
£100 standby allowance.
Travel time paid over 1 hour.
£5 daily lunch allowance (tax free).
20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
