What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with primary-aged pupils, ideally with SEMH or SEND backgrounds
* Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills and empathy
* Thrive training is a bonus—but if you haven’t done it yet, we offer free training to help you grow
What we offer:
* Long-term, full-time, permanent role in a supportive school environment
* Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella companies
