Job Description: Commis Chef at Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre
Eclipse Hotels Group, an international family-owned hotel group headquartered in West London, is seeking a Commis Chef for our Holiday Inn in Bristol City Centre. Our portfolio includes brands such as Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and CiTi Hotels across the UK, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present visually appealing and flavorful meals, ensuring high standards and memorable guest experiences.
* Measure and prepare the correct amount of food as directed, minimizing wastage.
* Follow food safety guidelines and maintain accurate record-keeping.
* Understand menu items, ingredients, allergens, and provenance to answer guest and colleague inquiries.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Cook, Commis Chef, Kitchen Porter, or similar role, preferably in a branded hotel or restaurant.
* Knowledge of food safety standards.
* Strong administrative skills for health, safety, and hygiene tasks.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, approachable, and able to build rapport with team members.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
