Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team at Crossbank Dental Care, based in Kendal, in the heart of the Lake District. This is a permanent position within our practice, arising due to maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Greeting & assisting patients in a friendly, professional & efficient manner
* Managing phone calls & responding to patient enquiries
* Providing administrative support to the wider dental & wellbeing clinic teams
* Helping to create a positive, patient-focused environment

You will be
* The first point of contact for patients, acting as the "Managing Director of First Impressions"
* Friendly, professional & efficient in all aspects of patient interaction
* Organised & able to handle administrative tasks accurately & promptly
