The vibe

This is a brand-new role where you’ll help shape their voice, fuel their social presence, and bring fresh thinking to everything they share online. No corporate waffle here & it offers real autonomy, visibility, and a chance to grow, and put your stamp on a fast-growing brand.

As their bucket of words & ideas, you’ll be the voice behind the brand — creating, curating, and coordinating content that tells our story and inspires their audience. You’ll manage the content calendar, work closely with their social agency, and make sure everything shared feels authentic and on-brand.

One day you might be writing copy for emails or digital campaigns; the next, curating UGC from their community, creating visuals in Canva or capturing moments that showcase life in our properties. You’ll also keep an eye on how our content performs and share ideas to make it even better.

What we’re after

They’ve built a huge, engaged audience through smart content & strategic marketing, and now want someone to help with further awareness & engagement. In essence, they now want to do better & are looking for a creative mind work alongside their Head of Content & amazing marketing team to help them do more.

Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. They’re great people and simply want someone that brings a positive energy & can-do mindset that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. No ego in other words.

We’re looking for someone who loves storytelling, has a flair for writing and visual creativity, and genuinely gets what people love to see, share and scroll for. You’ll be confident with social platforms and short-form content, curious about trends, and naturally collaborative with the team around you.

On offer

A salary of up to £28,000, hybrid working, oodles of room from creativity & you’ll join a marketing team that’s creative, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with, all building something ambitious together.
