The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs. Support the class teacher in delivering structured and engaging lessons. Implement behaviour support strategies and de-escalation techniques. Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
