We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported.
3. Being a responsible key holder.
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
6. Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
7. Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
9. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
Our ideal Cafe Supervisor will:
* Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
* Possess good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
* Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
* Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
