An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ex perienced Senior Store Manager to lead a thriving Garden Centre in the heart of West Norfolk.
Our client is the 7th largest garden centre group in the UK, known for combining specialist horticultural expertise with quality leisure retail. As one of the groups newest acquisitions and with exciting plans for expansion on the horizon, the centre is ready for a dynamic leader to drive its next chapter.
What youll be doing
Leading the store with full autonomy, shaping a strong sales and service culture
Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Driving commercial performance through effective merchandising, high standards, and strong retail discipline
Using your horticultural knowledge to create engaging, inspirational plant and product displays
Taking ownership of performance, standards, and the continued growth of the centre
What youll bring
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on standards and merchandising
Proven leadership experience within retail or garden centre environments
A genuine passion for plants, gardening, and horticulture
The ability to create dynamic, customer-focused displays
A proactive, can-do attitude and confidence in driving performance
Motivation to lead, develop, and inspire a team
