Job Description
* Manage a diverse portfolio of social housing properties in Manchester.
* Provide outstanding customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
* Work closely with community partners to maintain safe and healthy living environments.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Address any issues related to property maintenance or repairs in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the property team to implement sustainability initiatives.
* Assist with tenant applications and lease renewals.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Housing Officer should have:
* A solid understanding of property management within the not-for-profit industry.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to property maintenance and repairs.
