ServiceNow Technical Consultant DV Cleared ContractLocation: Remote (UK-based with travel to client sites)Day Rate: £450 - £550 per day Inside IR35Clearance: Must hold active DV (Developed Vetting) clearanceWe are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a growing delivery team, working on impactful projects across enterprise and public sector environments. This is a fully remote role with UK-based travel to client sites.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 23 years of ServiceNow experience who is looking to build on strong platform foundations, develop their consulting skills, and contribute to successful client delivery within a supportive and high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DeliveryConfigure and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB workstreamsBuild platform components including Flows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and integrationsContribute to technical documentation including build specifications, test scripts, and handover materialsEnsure all configurations follow best practices and are scalable and upgrade-safeSupport testing activities including unit testing and UATClient EngagementSupport workshops and requirements gathering sessions alongside senior team membersBuild positive working relationships with client stakeholders and project teamsCommunicate progress, risks, and issues clearly and proactivelyLearning & DevelopmentWork closely with senior consultants and architects to develop technical capabilityActively pursue ServiceNow certifications and continuous professional developmentStay up to date with platform developments and industry trendsContribute to knowledge sharing and team collaborationSkills & Experience23 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (implementation, support, or internal IT)Working knowledge of ITSM processes and core ServiceNow configurationExperience with platform development including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI PoliciesServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environmentMust hold active DV security clearanceDesirableExposure to ITOM, CMDB, or integrationsProgress towards CIS-ITSM or other ServiceNow certificationsFamiliarity with ITIL frameworksExperience in public sector, defence, or regulated environmentsThis is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your ServiceNow career in a dynamic environment, with clear progression and the chance to work on meaningful, high-profile programmes.
