£63000 - £65000/annum Location: Gatwick, Surrey Job Details Mechanical Site Manager (Building Services) – Gatwick Location: Gatwick (Site‑based) We're looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on an upgrade to an elite passenger building at Gatwick Airport. £8 million M&E value - taking out old kit and installing new chillers, pipework etc. Project is set to last until 2028. You will then be moved on to alternate projects on the site which go through until 2032. You’ll be working for one of the UK's leading renewable energy contractors & overseeing day‑to‑day mechanical site activity, managing subcontractors and safety. The Opportunity This role is fully site‑focused, managing mechanical works where safety, coordination and clear communication are essential. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and supervisors to ensure daily activities run safely and efficiently.
