Partnerships Manager
The Role
Our client is a rapidly growing and extremely exciting business within the HRTech/SaaS space. They are hiring for a Partnerships Manager to play a key role in managing and expanding the relationships with existing, referral and strategic partners.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Build and strengthen relationships with partners to boost ROI and drive shared success. Educate them on our client’s offerings and value.
* Spot and develop new partnership opportunities, especially in tech, while managing and engaging with recruitment/agency partners.
* Work closely with marketing and revenue teams to create and execute impactful GTM strategies.
* Lead messaging, positioning, enablement, and GTM efforts for technology and referral partners.

🌟 Required Skills and Qualifications
* Significant experience managing strategic partnerships within a SaaS business
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to forecast revenue and develop strategies to meet business objectives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with partners
* Hybrid role based in London, 3 days a week in the office
📦 The Package
* Basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000
