What you’ll be doing:
* Plan and oversee the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure the success of the in-store online service.
* Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to provide a seamless and safe shopping experience for all customers, both online and in-store.
* Collaborate with other managers to enhance the overall shopping experience in the store.
* Manage people responsibilities including performance management, capability development, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Our online teams work early mornings, typically from 04:00 to 08:00, to pick items for deliveries.

* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to coach teams to do the same.
* Proven track record of delivering KPIs or other performance metrics.
* Ability to handle disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues effectively.
* Leadership skills with the confidence to operate independently in the absence of senior management.
