The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced residential property solicitor who can confidently manage a high-volume caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will play a key part in supporting team objectives, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Handling purchases, sales and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
* Providing regular updates and advice to clients and agents
* Drafting legal documentation
* Working effectively within a Case Management System
* Collaborating with other service lines and referring work internally
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
* Contributing to departmental strategy and performance
About You:
We are looking for a senior solicitor who:
* Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing/property
* Is confident running a full caseload autonomously
* Demonstrates strong commercial awareness
* Has excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Is comfortable working within a structured case management system
* Ideally has experience with SOS case management (desirable, not essential)
