Role: Production Operative
Location: Partridge Green, West Sussex
Hours: Rotating shifts
Day Shift: 07:00am - 15:30pm
Late Shift: 15:00am - 23:00pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Temporary with possibility of turning permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join one of our excellent clients, a busy and fast-paced manufacturing business, based in Partridge Green.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable and able to work efficiently within a team to meet production targets.

The Requirements:
* Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable but not essential
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
The Role:
* Assemble products to required specifications
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently
* Use hand tools for production tasks
* Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
* Move and handle products across the site (including some heavy lifting)
* Follow all health and safety procedures
* Work towards daily production targets
