We’re looking for someone who can:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages
* Create an inclusive classroom where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including students with SEND
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
* Promote independence, confidence, and a real love for learning
* Work collaboratively within the department and wider school community
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement for all students
What the role includes:
* Full teaching responsibilities within Art and Design
* Planning, delivering, and assessing creative and challenging lessons
* Supporting student progress through effective tracking and intervention
* Acting as a form tutor for a designated group of students
* Contributing to pastoral care and whole-school development
* Working closely with the Head of Department and Creative Faculty team
* Taking part in CPD, training, and ongoing professional development
We’d love to hear from teachers who:
* Hold UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art and Design

* Can inspire students of all abilities to succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
