Family Solicitor - Ascotc.5 Years PQE | Award-Winning Employee-Owned FirmA leading, employee-owned specialist family law firm is seeking an exceptional Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded team in Ascot. They will provide advice across a broad spectrum of family law issues, including:
* Divorce and financial remedies
* Complex children matters, including relocation and safeguarding issues
* Cohabitation and nuptial agreements
* Domestic abuse and urgent applications
* Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) processes including mediation and collaborative law

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* Around 5 years PQE (though strong candidates outside this range will be considered)
* Experienced in private family law with strong technical and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about non-court dispute resolution, ideally NCDR-trained or committed to becoming so
* Client-focused, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent
* Ambitious and proactive, with the confidence to represent the firm externally
