Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Marketing Coordinator to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield
The Role
Do you possess a keen interest in both digital and traditional marketing?
Do you have previous experience in writing copy?

Joining our team as Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Group Marketing team in looking after the Avant Homes consumer website, maintaining brand consistency, taking briefs from regional sales teams to update marketing materials, and working with industry systems to ensure the efficient and coherent management of group resources.
Key duties and requirements
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
Website audits, including utilising the CMS system to update copy and photography.
Writing blogs, proofreading brochureware and other branded communications.
Uploading and tagging photography via our Digital Asset Management software.
Updating details and administrative information for upcoming and live developments.
Write and send email campaigns and SMS campaigns.
Support with social media scheduling and content creation.
Collaborating with the Group Marketing team on campaigns, social media ideas and ways of working.
Management and reporting on TrustPilot.
Administrative support, manage Group Marketing email inboxes and raising purchase orders.Who are we looking for?
The successful Group Marketing Coordinator must possess a keen interest in digital marketing and be competent in writing copy. Great communication skills, passion, thinking 'outside of the box' and a willingness to learn are also key to success within this role.
A broad knowledge of IT software in particular Microsoft Office packages.
Experience or interest in web management and CMS systems.
Strong organisation skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and working to tight deadlines.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a vast range of marketing skills whilst also becoming an integral part of the Group Marketing team and company growth plans.
