Teaching Assistant - Stafford - Start Date: September 2026 We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving school within the Stafford area. Your role will predominantly be working under the direct instruction of teaching staff, usually within the classroom alongside the teacher. Your role will be a long - term role working on a temporary basis through a trusted, established supply agency. We are looking for an individual who has a nurturing, proactive attitude and is genuinely passionate about supporting children on a day-to-day basis within the classroom. You must be organised, reliable and hardworking; committed to consistently raising standards by ensuring high expectations are promoted for all pupils. The role includes: Providing support to children & staff on a daily basis across the whole school. To collaborate and work alongside the class teacher; occasionally covering some classes when necessary. Supporting those children in the classroom whom may require more individualised support; liaising with the teacher to create a tailored plan in which how you will support the pupil. Comfortable communicating with staff, parents and external professionals in a professional manner at all times.
