Job Description: Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and drive revenue. This hybrid role combines outbound prospecting with early-stage deal development, supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to appointment setting and handover to Account Executives. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and other channels. Research target accounts, understand business needs, and tailor value propositions. Manage high-volume pipelines, daily follow-ups, and timely updates in the CRM. Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers. Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. Collaborate with marketing to campaigns, roles, and messaging alignment. Nurture inbound leads and maintain accurate lead qualification notes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly activity, pipeline, and conversion targets. Provide feedback on messaging, pricing, and market insights to improve win rates. Attend regular training and development sessions to improve sales skills. Requirements 1-3 years of B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or equivalent experience; SaaS or tech B2B is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and targets. Strong phone, email, and social outreach skills. Excellent communication, listening, and questioning abilities. Ability to quickly understand customer needs and articulate value propositions. Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. Highly organised with exceptional time-management and prioritisation. Resilient, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player. Eligible to work in the country of employment; willingness to travel if required.
