Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery of robust financial reporting, strong governance, and commercial insight across the Group. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee monthly financial reporting for multiple entities across the Group * Act as a key point of contact for the annual external audit and lead the preparation of statutory financial statements * Manage and consolidate the Group’s weekly cash flow forecasts, ensuring effective cashflow planning and reporting * Maintain, review, and enhance internal financial controls and processes across all Group entities * Support the development, consolidation, and delivery of the annual Group budget * Lead Group treasury management activities * Oversee day-to-day transactional finance operations * Manage financial matters relating to insurance, rebates, and intercompany recharges * Provide financial modelling, forecasting, and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making * Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and support on a range of projects and initiatives The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate: * Fully qualified accountant status (ACCA, CA, or CIMA) * Proven experience within a large, complex, multi-entity organisation * The ability to deputise for senior finance leadership when required * Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders * A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously In return, you will join a progressive and continually expanding organisation, gaining exposure to multi-million-pound projects and senior-level stakeholders.
