We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Clerkenwell.
The ideal candidate must have 2 years previous experience, with local area knowledge.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You do not need to have a driving licence for this role!
Benefits:
* Basic £23,000
* OTE £56,000 - £57,000
* Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday per month 10am - 2pm (half day back when worked)

Responsibilities:
* Registering new applicants
* Keeping activity records up to date on Reapit
* Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings
* Following up on enquiries and building relationship with applicants and relocation agents
* Maintaining and updating Reapit Database,
* Recording detailed file notes of viewing feedback and conversations with Landlords and Tenants
* Achieving targets in new lets
* Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants
* Arranging Tenancies and progressing the tenancy files
* Ensure that the client’s best interests are always protected
* Follow company guidance, procedures and current legislation
* Communicating fully with all team members and other departments when required or instructed
* Requesting testimonials, arranging and distributing Let cards, distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing
* Dealing with all customer enquiries and always providing a high level of customer service to Clients and Customers
* Undertake ARLA Training courses and CPD as required
