Infermiera Group is working in collaboration with NHS Wales to supply experienced and reliable Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for immediate locum opportunities across hospitals and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards and NHS guidelines
*
Carry out assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes
*
Administer medications and monitor patients' responses
*
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider care team
*
Adapt quickly to new environments across different wards or departments
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Requirements
*
Valid NMC registration (Adult Nursing – Band 5)
*
Minimum six months' recent experience in a relevant UK nursing role
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*
Right to work in the UK
*
In-date training certificates: Mandatory Training
*
Two clinical references from the last 12 months
