As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Inspiring and motivating team in a 13-bed residential home
2. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
3. Completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment and absence management
4. Ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs)
