Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the Midlands and South East.
This is a key commercial role for an experienced Senior QS / Quantity Surveyor with a background in civils, groundworks or infrastructure, looking to take full ownership of project commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial management of civils and groundworks projects
2. Applications, variations, cost control and final accounts
3. Subcontractor procurement and management
4. Forecasting, reporting and profitability tracking
5. Working under NEC / JCT contracts
Requirements:
6. 6–10+ years Quantity Surveying experience
7. Strong background in civil engineering / infrastructure / groundworks
8. Proven commercial and cost management capability
Package:
£75k–£85k + £6k car allowance + bonus + pension
