We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Premium to lead our premium proposition during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You will also have the following - Proven experience in a senior commercial, revenue, or premium-focused role Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and retention Inspirational leader with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams Commercially astute with a sharp eye for opportunity Data-driven and analytical in your approach Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills Customer-obsessed, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Experience within live events, hospitality, or a customer-centric environment is highly desirable.
