THE EMPLOYER IS: NCS (NORTH) LTDOffice based sales role via telesales to prospect for new clients for Office Supplies, eg paper, envelope, printer cartridges, but also Office Furniture, First aid and credit card & till rolls to bars & restaurants.
Responsibilities
* Complete price comparisons to show what savings can be made by ordering from NCS.
* Process new business orders on the company's sales order processing system that have been received by email, internet or phone.
* Keep the customer informed of when they should expect delivery and any items that are currently out of stock and when they will receive them.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records on CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English.
* Proficient in Word & Excel.
* Communication and listening skills.
* Polite and friendly telephone manner.
* Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet.
