Employment Solicitor — Position Overview:
1. Manage your own varied employment law caseload
2. Act for claimants in both litigated and non-litigated matters
3. Handle settlement agreements and negotiate favourable outcomes
4. Provide legal advice to union officers through the firm’s advice line
5. Support Partners and Senior Solicitors on complex, high-value matters
6. Maintain compliance with procedural and regulatory standards
7. Manage financial aspects of files (WIP, disbursements, billing, and profitability)
8. Deliver excellent client care and timely communication throughout each case
