Transport Manager – Bradford - £45,000

Key duties of the Transport Manager will include:
* Lead and develop the transport team, including driver recruitment, training and performance management
* Plan, review and optimise delivery schedules for efficiency and service improvement
* Manage compliance, Operator’s Licence and vehicle maintenance to ensure safe and legal fleet operations
* Oversee transport department P&L, monitoring costs and addressing overspend
* Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and agencies to secure reliable coverage
* Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and service levels
* Ensure professionalism and customer focus across the transport team and drivers
