About you… The successful candidate will : 5 GCSEs or equivalent including passes in Maths and English. Ability to engage both workforce and customers. Professional phone manner Excellent record keeping skills. Resilient and able to deal with conflict and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. Working under pressure in a busy office environment. What you’ll be responsible for… Ensuring tenants are contacted prior to appointments. Rebooking appointments if tenants need to reschedule.
