This is a fantastic opening for a candidate who has already had some exposure in the specialist marine P&I insurance space, worked as an underwriting assistant and is feeling ready to make their next move. Working for a highly reputable name in the marine P&I sector, you will be working closely with a small team of technical underwriters with excellent knowledge and networks.
Although the role will be support focussed in nature, there is a flat structure and you will be closely involved, and have broker contact. A foundation of knowledge in marine insurance is a must, alongside a continued desire to develop with industry exams.
