Our client seeks someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to address technical issues proactively. Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse team of developers is essential. The successful Development Lead can expect a salary of approximately £80k DOE + 10% pension, remote working, over 30 days annual leave, healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.
