We Help Recruit are partnering with a global leader in luxury packaging to hire a results-driven Business Development Manager. You’ll open doors and grow revenue with premium brands—beauty, fashion, jewellery, and prestige spirits—delivering design-led, sustainable packaging that truly elevates the product.

The Role
Own the hunt and the relationship.
You’ll map target accounts, shape briefs with brand/packaging/procurement, and steer projects from concept to launch—balancing high-volume programmes with bespoke, high-touch activations.
Responsibilities
* Build and deepen relationships across luxury brand stakeholders (Brand, Packaging, Procurement, Sustainability, Merch).
* Prospect proactively: identify whitespace, run outreach campaigns, and convert high-value opportunities.
* Lead consultative, design-led sales—briefing internal design/NPD, sampling, and value engineering.
* Negotiate and close multi-site, multi-SKU programmes; create multi-year growth roadmaps.
* Champion service excellence: respond fast, resolve issues, and protect premium standards.
* Track pipeline, revenue and margin; report wins, risks, and forecasts with accuracy.
* Represent the brand at client meetings, trade events, and luxury launches.
Requirements
* Proven success in sales (luxury/premium sectors ideal: beauty, fashion, jewellery, spirits).
* Confident hunter with a warm network and a record of landing & expanding accounts.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation at senior level.
* Organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple live projects.
